Cell Phone & PS4 seem to be the most "Live" versions or at least the ones that were affected by the delay in the short test we did with the help of the great Axel (https://www.youtube.com/user/AxelHeartsKun). Interactivity goes along way in any field, whether it is gaming, learning or teamwork, and if these results hold true across the board, then watching your favorite streamers/Let's Players on consoles & or cell phones should increase interactivity and in toll satisfaction. One thing that I have noticed is that depending on many factors, viewing videos via cell phones tend to produce more ads (throughout the video, 2 to 3 ads depending on the length of the video/stream) compared to the (1 ad at the beginning of the video & that is it based on multiple test we have done.) consoles.
