Goblin:
Best overall, low energy, melee dmg, and dmg pass through resistance
Thunderbolt:
4 energy, often need to pair with 3 energy sledgehammer
Hammerfall:
Needs buff, one of the weaker legendaries
Breaker:
Worst Relic huge hitbox and low durability
Cooling:
One cooler and mostly rads
Cooler perk sucks as you have to be still for it to work
Epic rad gives better bonus at higher speed 30 percent at 70kph
