In this review of Shatterhand which is a late released action platformer for the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES). It was released in 1991 by Natsume, otherwise known as the developer that made
some of the best NES games of all time in Shadow of The Ninja, Power Blade as well as SCAT.

Shatterhand borrows elements like the boss battle patterns like in Ninja Gaiden or the level select and upside down stages in Mega Man 5.

I feel that Shatterhand falls short in terms of the top action platformers on the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) but is still a worthy playthrough.
