Shoulder Cupping Vlog3
So today we worked on shoulder and lats. We started off with cupping of the shoulders which got the blood flow running and kept me warm in this cold morning. We then go through a range of motion to warm up the area before progressing to an actual semi-workout. Start off with some band work hitting the front raises and the advancing to some lateral raises.
Lastly, we have the second most painful experience of my life, second only to having my calf being massaged out when it was sore. Here he goes into my lats and tries stretching them out essentially from my body to get some space going on.
Given that my lats due to lifting all these years and never really consistently stretching them, my body is clearly in shock. But i have to say i've gained almost an inch just from this session and it's extremely noticeable, which is kinda crazy. It's like finding hidden muscle that you've had but has been so tight it hasn't been able to show.
