Showing Lydia where she died in my 2014 playthrough
0Now you may be thinking, Lydia is normally essential as a companion, so the only way for her to die is to beat her to death with a mace or similar tool.
Well I smacked her with a mace by accident, didn't realize that I had done so, spent a shitload of time wondering where Lydia was, and upon retracing my steps found her dead at the bottom of the staircase. This was about 5 hours worth of gameplay previous, so I couldn't just reload a save.
Now the only person carrying burdens is me, the burden of guilt.
