Here are 6 custom characters from Mario Kart Wii! Including Captain Toad, Kamek, Hammer Bro., Boo, Pianta and multi colored Shy Guys! These characters didn't have any voices so I created voices for all characters. (And UI for everyone who didn't have it.)

Some characters like Kamek and Hammer Bro. didn't have much voice clips so I muted a lot of the original character's clips so the new 10 or so voice clips didn't get super repetitive. Pianta is my favorite of them all, I used voiced clips from Sluggers and dug deep into Sunshine's sound effects for Pianta's voice.

Shy Guy comes with a different color for each kart and bike he rides, sadly the download link for both have been dead for years now and the original mod creators never reuploaded them, but I dug deep and found a mod pack that contained Shy Guy and extracted him so I created UI and a voice mod for him (Based on his MK8 voice) and can be downloaded below. Shy Guy was made by YoshiDude4 and recolors by Helix

[MARCH 27 UPDATE] --- I now updated my voice pack! I now used Tour's Hammer Bro. voice and updated Pianta's voice! I might give Hammer Bro. another update since his voice sounds a bit quiet, but he now has over 35 voice clips instead of Slugger's 10ish or so!

The original sounds I used for Pianta were so high pitched and sped up cause I got the raw files from Sunshine which had their sound effects that way, I did tried fixing them but omg was I so off. I was going through MKW's brsar sound file and found Pianta's voice from the crowds so using those instead now!
