Dolphin Emulator for Android seems to have a pretty random bug were the game gets super choppy randomly for a few seconds even while as max FPS. I found a super easy fix! Just go to Dolphin's cache folder and delete the chache file that the game makes everytime you open the game then hop right back into the game and problem fixed! It does get a bit annoying because you'll have to do this everytime you open a game in order to keep your game running smoothly at all times. THIS DOES NOT INCREASE PERFORMANCE AT ALL, just fixed a random FPS bug. Everytime you close then reopen a game it'll remake the cahche file so you have to delete it everytime you boot a game up.
