Found out about this while playing SIFU on Master difficulty. I had Sean in training mode and found out a way to keep him stunned. Makes defeating him way easier and you dont have to react to his attacks as much since he isn't able to attack at all.

The timing is somewhat strict so makes sure to practice it. I usually let go of the charged strong attack once i hear his grunt, which means hitting him at that point is an effective counter.
