First of all,sorry for the quality and the lack of equipment but I am not professional on Youtube for now.
I did this theme some months ago after trying to do one by myself that never appeared in PS3Themes website: a Silent Hill theme but with sound effects.
So I downloaded a Silent Hill Downpour theme (http://www.ps3-themes.com/gaming/silent-hill-downpour-slideshow.html) and I edited it to add what was missing for me.
Hope SH fans and PS3 owners appreciate it,I tried my best with 0 ideas on how to use the app "PS3 Themes Builder" and it was really hard.I needed different external apps for sound effects and to optimize them multiple times due to no sound issues.
