All zones after the final story zone (Zone 21) are randomly generated including the Blue Orb challenges. There is a rare "4x Combo" challenge which you can use to Farm XP by failing the challenge and allowing the enemies to continuously respawn.

Using the weapon "Princess Heart" (available in DLC: Extra Memories) can speed up this process. I am simply alternating between hands by holding SQUARE (Left Hand) and then TRIANGLE (Right Hand) and spamming L1 to Lock-On to targets.

It's highly recommended that you save and exit regularly as the game will eventually crash with "memory allocation" errors. Also when I first started this challenge there was a "Butcher" and "Pyramid Head", after a few reloads they stopped respawning and just spawned "Nurses" as shown in the video.
