● Zodiac Puzzle - Time Stamp 4:30
The numbers correspond to the number of appendages each figure has. To solve the puzzle the proper numbers must be entered for three additional Zodiac signs; Sagittarius, Taurus, and Gemini. Sagittarius has 6 limbs; four legs and 2 arms. Taurus has 4 legs. Gemini has 8 altogether; four arms and four legs. Thus the final solution is from left to right: 6,4,8.
● The Grim Reaper's List - Time Stamp 5:52
The poem states that the list should be "in order of age". The numbers preceding the names on the list correspond to the person's age. After reordering the list in terms of youngest to oldest, a new list emerges:

T revor F. White
Since the keypad is composed of letters, Harry must find an arrangement of letters formed by the names. In the reordered list, the first letter of all the names, when read vertically, form the word "ALERT". Enter the word "alert" on the keypad, and the door opens.

● The names "Phaleg", "Ophiel", "Hagith", "Bethor", and "Aratron" refer to five of the seven Olympian spirits, which are often referenced in the occult
● Three photos that appear in Alessa's room and in Examination Room of the Otherworld Hospital are the same
● The underground labyrinth that appears in Silent Hill 2 is an area which exists only in the Otherworld and which is a compression of James, Angela and Eddie's subconscious, making it really similar to Nowhere
● P.T.'s main location is a never-ending hallway from which it is apparently impossible to escape. Much like Nowhere, the area seems to be a pure creation of the Otherworld, as it is a series of loops always bringing the player back to where he came from.
