I bought this reel tape from EBay sometime ago, figuring it was from maybe 1960. Only just finding out from the internet it's from 1958, and still sounds new on my Teac X-1000R!! This tape was recorded to demonstrate the new Stereophonic sound that was just coming out back then, and the channel separation really shows that well. If you need to chill out on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon to something different, give this a listen!
