Is it possible to swap motherboards with Windows 7 and expect it to boot??
Even if it doesn't, how about taking a new Asus ROG Crosshair VI Hero X370 Motherboard and expect it to handle an AMD Ryzen 7 2700X 8 Core 4.3 Ghz Turbo CPU; with 32GB of GSkill TridentZ 3.2Ghz RAM using Windows 10??? Normally a X470 series motherboard would better handle those high end parts, so lets find out!!!
This is a long overdue Media Computer rebuild since my old 2008 Crosshair motherboard died on 12/31/17. If I knew about the X470 series motherboard sooner, I would have bought that instead, but the X370 series should be just as good.
Hopefully I will be back in business uploading more music remixes and upload other projects.
