This is my first attempt to start coaching someone with a more hands-off approach, via replay analysis. I also apologize if I seem a little shaky. I recorded this late at night (like always lol). Jronge94 is/was Silver 1 solo queuing in this match. They are fairly new to Rocket League with 130 hours and felt like they played rather poorly in the game.
