YouTube is not associated or affiliated in any way with this giveaway contest and YouTube is not involved with and does not endorse this giveaway contest in any way. Your entry into this giveaway contest is your agreement to release YouTube from any and all liability related to this giveaway contest.
1) Open to all countries unless prohibited by laws and/or treaties of the United States or your country's laws;
2) You must be a subscriber to my channel;
3) Comment only once with the number between 1 and 5,000 that you believe appears on the Certificate of Authenticity (COA) for the coin in the video;
4) Send an e-mail to silverbugleyt@gmail.com with the exact wording, including punctuation, that appears on the yellow sticky note during the video. You must include the YouTube channel name you used to comment on this video in the body of the e-mail.
5) You must comment to this video within 48 hours of this video being published.
6) Adhere to YouTube's Community Guidelines, found here: https://www.youtube.com/yt/about/policies/#community-guidelines
You will be disqualified if any of the following apply to you:
1) You make more than one comment to this video; or,
2) Your comment includes anything other than a number between 1 and 5,000; or,
3) You fail to send an e-mail as outlined in step 4, above.
4) You fail to comment to this video within 48 hours of this video being published.
5) You fail to adhere to YouTube's Community Guidelines, linked above.
How The Winner Will Be Determined:
The first person who correctly guesses the exact COA number AND complies with the contest rules above will win the Star Wars Death Star 2 ounce silver coin. I will pay shipping and handling anywhere in the world unless prohibited as indicated earlier.
If no person correctly guesses the exact COA number for the coin in the video, then the first person to guess closest to the actual COA number, regardless of whether the guess is higher or lower than the actual COA number, and complies with the contest rules above, without being disqualified, will win the Star Wars Death Star 2 ounce silver coin. I will pay shipping and handling anywhere in the world unless prohibited as indicated earlier.
I will upload a video outlining my efforts to choose the winner based on the Official Rules above.
All e-mail or other personal data collected is solely to be used for determining the winner to this contest and will not be used for any other purpose, except the winner's mailing address will be used privately as outlined below. Furthermore, no e-mail addresses or other personal data obtained will be sold or disseminated in any way without the express permission of the participant(s).
The winner's YouTube channel name will be revealed on a follow-up YouTube video and that person will be required to provide a valid mailing address via e-mail to silverbugleyt@gmail.com within 24 hours of the publication of the video announcing the winner. Should the winner fail to provide a valid mailing address within 24 hours, an alternate winner will be chosen based on the Official Rules criteria above.
