Developed by Twelve Tiles and published by Degica Last Word is advertised as an unconventional JRPG where sophisticated guests at a party using battle words as weapons.

While I was initially hoping for a game built around a system similar to Monkey Islands Insult Swordfighting I soon warmed up to the Last Words story, music and quirky characters.
I was even more surprised to hear it was made in RPG maker and I think its a great example of what someone can do with the software.

Last Word was originally created in 30 days for the 2014 IGMC contest, and can be freely downloaded on the developer's website.
