i can scale the window in any size and run it in a 32bit depth desktop, further i don't need "CPU Grab Ex" anymore to run SimCopter.

I guess that's the only SC2000 city where the sea level is higher as the city level. A heavy SCURK cheat or glitch of SimCopter, it's only possible if you reload a city or a prepped terrain you saved in SimCopter, due to that the ocean turns to something which isn't really ocean and you can later if you open the city in SC2000 lower the sealevel but the seashore you made previously will stay. After you lowered the sealevel you can excavate the terrain for the city, difficult and if you aren't very careful when editing your city later either in sc2000 or with scurk the magic will get lost, because you can't lower or raise a terrain tile which is on this seashore, it will demolish the "artificial" ocean and leave a transparent block.
