Simon's Quest NES - Alternate Route to Final 2 Mansions
8A quick little video showing how to access the final area containing the last 2 mansions and the Castlevania ruins WITHOUT the Red Crystal tornado summon. If you jump and whip at just the right time over the water in Camilla Cemetery, you can make it up on the ledge that looks impassable from the left side. A long stretch of poison marsh awaits you for your effort, and takes you to Laruba Mansion. This is a fun alternate route to take if you've stocked up and used passwords to save after Brahm's Mansion, and want to head right instead of left when you start your next game.
NOTE: You can make it all the way to the final bridge without the Red Crystal, but you will still need it in order to break the blocks and gain access to the bridge.
