With the announcement that a surprise was coming for the Sims 21st anniversary, many we're hoping for a better result than the 20th anniversary hot tub-- and while the announcement of the CC collab with 21 creators is creating some speculation, many wanted Sims or Sims 2 on Origin most. Now, a simmer has reached out and gotten an official answer about the fate of Sims 2 coming to Origin to Steam.

I'll discuss the latest news and give my honest opinion. This all comes in 2021, where Sims 4 especially seems at a crossroads, with many wanting packs like generations, werewolves, and more--but also updates like cars, emotion fixes, fears/ wants and even classic npcs or items like bunkbeds and cars (and of course, the fact that babies are objects). While we have an expected update to fix the skin tones, for many, Sims 4 is still broken. And with Sims 5 rumors swirling, it's certain an interesting time.
