In this Let's Play video, you will see me play Sins of a Solar Empire 2 (Steam Release) as the Varsai Alliance. I am playing on various Huge Maps (Teams) versus Impossible AIs, Unfair AIs, and Nightmare AIs. I walkthrough how the AIs (Unfair, Nightmare, Impossible) are rigged in this video. This game is a real-time strategy game with the 4x theme (Explore, Expand, Exploit, Exterminate). Single player and Multiplayer is available. The Campaign will be coming in a future update. The new mechanics introduced in this sequel that makes the game unique from the original games (Sins of a Solar Empire: Trinity and Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion) is the "Future Orbits" where the planets move in an orbit around the stars changing the space lanes that they use to travel between planets. So turtling and defending a single choke point isn't a viable option with the Orbital mechanics. The space battles and graphics for this game is fantastic giving you tons of vibes from "Star Wars", "Star Trek", "Orville", "The Expanse", "Battlestar Galactica", "Dark Matter", "The Last Starfighter", and other space themed science fiction tv shows/movies. Sins of a Solar Empire 2 reminds me of "Star Control 1", "Star Craft", "Master of Orion", "Stellaris", "Star Trek: Infinite", "StarDrive 2", "Homeworld", "Battlestar Galactica Deadlock", "Galactic Civilization", and "Eve Online".
