The beginning of this run is done optimally. If you run straight to the well, the crawler notices you and you can't climb down, so you must wait one accelerating period before you get there (explanation for the strange in-game menu opening). If your running angle is correct, the sniper won't get a shot at you. I examine the well after lowering the rope so I can re-open the in-game menu quicker.

At the well I kill the remaining shibito with attack canceling. Unfortunately my reflexes weren't as fast as I would've hoped, this could be done at least 0.20 seconds faster.
