In this video I explain how to deal with panic attacks when they occur. What's Personally helped me when it comes to dealing with anxiety, Depression, Panic attacks. I learned to sit with those feelings/Intrusive Thoughts or even Emotions Instead of running away from them. Opening Those Compulsions When it comes to things like OCD can be a bummer but work on not opening those compulsions for example trick the brain with sitting with the emotion instead of running away from it or constantly trying to diagnose yourself.
