Skate 2 is a skateboarding game released for Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 in 2009, two years after Skate 1. In the series' second game (ignoring Skate It for Wii/DS), the existing mechanics were tightened up and so many new mechanics were added that all contribute to fluid gameplay and easy exploration in the re-designed New San Vanelona.
