My second skin release for TF2, the USP.40 Pistol replacing "Pretty Boys Pocket Pistol".

It has clipping errors, but theres not really a way around, since the gun has a completely different shape than the pistol or PBPP. Anyways, cooked this up this afternoon and though "why not release it?". So here it is.
