Be a pirate attack the trade routes west of pemburu islands. They respawn as you sail 1600 meters away as shown in video.
Youll also encounter privateers that drop treasure map for added free silver.
Main item you want is brandy.
I did a short run just to show.
But you can rinse a repeat till your full cargo.
Max cargo for me was about 60000 silver exluding treasure maps.
