Peacock can beat out a lot of common slow air normals (Cerebella j.MP, Ms Fortune j.HK, Double j.HP and so on) by jumping forward and doing a fast j.LP, from either a normal jump or a super jump. You can convert this into a combo from pretty much any height with the following sequence:

j.LP j.LK (3 hits) j.HP airdash j.LP j.MP land

On block, you can cancel the j.LK into a dash or whatever, or call assists if you didn't do a superjump.
