Unzip those images, and put them in your level's art/skys folder or name the folder whatever you wish. That is where you will pull the images from when your creating skys for your map. These are just a few images that come with most developers maps, they are pretty basic. I mostly just use their normals map. It does really well all by its self.

-There is more the skys can do, but I did not go into every single thing. I mostly just showed you what I use. Maybe volumetric clouds will arrive in BeamNG at some point, but for now they are more less sky domes.
