To get this Korok seed in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom you must skydive quickly after touching the korok platform and examine the light midair. I personally chose to get here using a glider from the spherical island with the Jirutagumac Shrine. I highly recommend saving your game right before jumping so in case you miss you won't have to backtrack all the way back to the island.
