Skylanders Imaginators is one of (hopefully the last?) the games in the Skylanders video game series that started on the Xbox 360. It is best known as kicking off the "toys to life" fad that died a miserable death once everyone tried to cash in on it and Nintendo swept up the mess by getting it mostly right with Amiibo. Skylanders was such a gamble for Activision that they hitched it to the Spyro the Dragon IP in order to mooch off of a known character to introduce an idea they had little faith would stand up on its own (see also: Banjo-Kazooie Nuts & Bolts).
This is a blind bag for the Imaginators game, and Draco is under the impression that there's SOMETHING in this bag. In actuality, it's a silver chest. That's it. You can't open the chest. You just scan the NFC chip buried inside this hunk of plastic on your Skylanders portal and, presumably, you get whatever the item is in the game. Draco doesn't know what that item is because he wrongly assumed THE ITEM WOULD BE IN THE BAG. Instead, as one viewer put it, Draco received "the concept of level 2 rarity".
No wonder Skylanders died.
