This video shows how to get a do not delete chest beyond the walls inside the Uthgerd's house cell. Use of a plate/platter and a couple do not delete chests acquired beforehand are necessary to obtain this one. When it's a dead drop just through the wall (like most the houses in Whiterun are) it may help to go to settings and increase the "Look Sensitivity" to the max. This will help with looking straight down faster as you fall before dropping the chest to land upon.
