This build utilizes the Become Ethereal shout. The shout is used as a dodge because ee have a 0 shout cooldown. I roleplayed her as a master alchemist who can make her body ethereal via alchemical powers. Its a fun playstyle if you are looking for something new i recomend it.

Health: I left it at 150 because we can literally dodge anything if timef right.
Stamina: I mostly put my points into stamina
