This video shows the easiest way to gain access to a hidden chest containing the Sigil Stone amongst a few other quest related things. The chest is located beneath the Hall Of The Elements at The College Of Winterhold. This chest a "placeholder" chest containing various items until needed by various side quests. Normally, you must reach Conjuration skill level 90, speak to Phinis Gestor and defeat an unbound Dremora you summon to obtain the Sigil Stone. Once placed upon The Atronach Forge down in The Midden you gain the ability to craft Daedric recipes. Armor, weapons and even more Daedra Hearts! Powerful, enchanted versions at that! NOTE: One minor detail i left out is when you pop through the pillar be sure to crouch down to reach the chest. Other than that just keep practicing the wall glitch.
