Basically: must-buy for PC when modded, but for the consoles, there are some key problems that are really annoying.

One console-specific problem I failed to mention in this video is the screen ratio. For some reason, it doesn't work with normal sd tvs as it should, as the upper portion of the screen is cut off. Thus you have to switch the console setting to wide screen, even when your tv doesn't support it. I don't understand how Bethesda could mess this up, it makes no sense o_O
