I report back to the Jarl of Whiterun, and inform him that the dragon is dead and that I am the Dragonborn. Now I'm supposed to head to High Rothgar to talk to the Greybeards, but I offer help to a redguard woman who is being hunted. The group Ali'kiri are looking to bring the woman back to Hammerfell foe execution, but I choose to kill the Ali'kiri warriors and give the redguard woman a life of freedom. I head to the Ali'kiri hideout in an abandoned cave and kill every last one of them. With all the Ali'kiri warriors dead I return to Whiterun to inform the woman that she is now free to live her life.
