Whiterun area used to look mangy, but not anymore! BTW, Cathedral Weathers isn't actually required. I'm using Onyx. No ENB. This is Skyrim VR, if you couldn't already tell. :)
I'm also using DynDOLOD, but I just installed it, and can't tell if it's making a difference or not. Cathedral Landscapes though, I could see the difference immediately.
