Skyrim recording with stutter

0This is AFTER I downscaled to 720p even! At 1080p you basically see a loading screen and then a dead dragon. One frame per minute or so on graphics, audio records the entire time. See what I mean?
It runs at full framerate (or at least close enough to full where I can't eyeball it - so 24fps and higher) while I'm playing, so this has to be an encoding issue... right?
