Here is a video with indisputable proof that the shadows/textures bug that plagues the game when you play it on an Xbox One X model are not caused by Creation Club content or mods. I completely deleted and reinstalled the game in order to show this. At the beginning of the video I show that none of the Creation Club content I own is installed, and then I show that absolutely no mods are downloaded either. I then start a new game so that left over data in a previous save file is not to blame either. You can still clearly see the bug while riding in the cart at the start of the game.
