Checking this mod out. Has a few little floater issues, a tree, some posts, a mound of dirt with some rocks, nothing too serious. I end up swapping out the oversized bridge for another longer regular sized one. Cute player home on this island. Quick teleport to just outside Winterhold, down by the water. Other locations you can ask the captain and he'll transport you there, all inns and some half dozen outside locations. I wasn't finished yet but my game crashed, so will check some more teleport to locations next video.
