I like this alternate start, my family's home is really nice, and I get to kill some Thalmor. Though an alternate start such as this requires you to either fight and hope you can beat them on a low level or flee and come back at a later time to see the house, but at least you can. This one is similar to another mod by the same author, Skyfall Alternate Start, here : https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/91159 , and I did a review here : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ixJHOvOkbQ4 . The plus about this Esterah one is that it is not too nearby anything such as a village or city to conflict with, is just a cave opening that goes into another little worldspace for the home you start at.
