Heard about a small group of fire mages that had been causing problems on the outskirts northeast of Markarth, so I went to investigate, along the way got attacked by a large flock of harpies. The fire mages were indeed hostile, had a lookout tower and the moment they spotted me they attacked, but as powerful as their spells were they were no match for mine, they won't be making sport of everything passing by anymore. There was a door, some old ruins underground, a chamber of sorts, dark, very dark inside. In the center of this room bound in a circle was a spectre, fire in nature, no wonder those mages were so powerful, they were drawing their power from this entity. Well, it's mine now.

I continued northeast, my ultimate goal is Meridia temple, but I'm sure along the way I was sure to find more evil mages, undead and ghosts and vampires along the way, and sure enough I did. Battled a couple of centaurs, then a large, quite strong skeleton army (I must say, that daedroth titan is an awesome beast of a spell), and then mages, like most mages out here, using their powers for harming others, this time picked the wrong one to mess with. I could have had them defeated rather quickly had I conjured my strongest spells right away but as I had done with the centaurs, wanted to test some of the newer conjurations out first to see how they stand up. And then more harpies, gathered up whatever feathers I could after singeing them all. Hmm, what's this place? Wonder what's inside?
