No, this is not god mode, as you can see me losing a little health and stamina. You're also immune to damage that doesn't one-shot you while doing finishing moves.

I made this video on vanilla Skyrim. I had 744 armor and 428 health due to maxed smithing and enchanting.

Shadow Warrior is the perk you get at 100 Sneak. You briefly become invisible when you crouch which allows you to sneak attack enemies in plain sight.
