Skyward Sword Hero Mode - 6 Hearts No Shield: Fire Sanctuary
You know what? I never died here, not once! I actually found this place easier than the two dungeons before it, it's just longer. It helps that there's no definite miniboss, just a few minor encounters spread around the dungeon. There's a couple of new enemies here, but nothing too challenging. The only other thing to watch out for is the lava at 33:52 is an instant Game Over if It touches you. But as long as you're fast and don't panic it should be fine.
You may be wondering why I didn't take the chest at 32:36. It contains a Heat Piece, which I obviously don't want.
Enemies:
-Dark Keese:
A member of the new 'cursed' family, who stop you from using your sword if they touch you. Of course, in this run, the damage they cause is a much bigger threat than the sword loss, so you'll be avoiding them anyway.
-Cursed Spume: See above.
-Dark Lizalfos:
Just approach it as you would a normal Lizalfos. It's not much different. If you know the trick, one is a joke. The two later can be annoying, try to separate them like back in the Earth Temple.
-Magmanos:
Easy as long as you water them quickly. I got lucky and managed to take down the second pair both at once.
-Moldorm:
What, these are Moldorms? I only just learned the name. They look nothing like the ones in previous games. Anyway, just try to stay behind them, and never approach them head on, as you'll run out of stamina before you can outrun them. Sometimes you can trick them into slamming their head against a wall, but that doesn't always work.
