The Small Bonus curse (technically, Small Bonus^2) gives all "small monsters" +2 pips to all their sides. If you're struggling to beat this game on Hard, this is a pretty good curse to try. Obviously it makes the early game a lot more scary, especially if you roll some of the trashy tier 1 heroes, but a lot of the fights in the late game don't have many (or any) small monsters, and depending on your build, you might be able to kill them off quickly anyway.

In this (spoiler alert) winning run, it was especially nice because the final boss fight didn't have any small monsters, which meant at that point I was basically playing on Normal difficulty. Not a lot of curses give you that luxury.
