SlimKirby Channel Update (1/1/2019) - New Upload Schedule & AGDQ 2019 Trip
55Just a few small updates on some things in regards to my Youtube channel; mostly in terms of....
1). New upload schedule - I will no longer be doing daily uploads for the time being. I will still be uploading pretty regularly, but it's come to my attention that I need to be spending a little less time on Youtube stuff to focus on more important things (like getting a more stable job/career going, focusing on other neglected projects, and just in general, getting less burnt out with Youtube, because, keep in mind, I have been doing daily uploads for the last 6 or 7 years....at least). From now on, I will be updating 4 or 5 times per week (depending on the number of videos I have prepared), and I will never be working on more than two projects at a time; with one being a weekday project and the other being a weekend project. The weekday projects will either be updated every Monday, Wednesday, Friday or every Tuesday and Thursday, but again, it will largely depend on what I have prepared for you guys as we approach each week.
2) Although not mentioned in the video, on days where I don't upload any LP projects, I could potentially post some stream VODs for you guys instead as an alternative, but I am not making that a promise or guarantee.
3) The schedule for the next two weeks is that I will be posting the final 3 extra videos for the Zelda: Oracle of Ages/Seasons projects on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday of this week. Then I will start my first weekend project of 2019 on Saturday. Next week, I will start incorporating my weekday schedule with a new project on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. And that's when the new schedule changes will begin!
4) From January 5th - January 13th, I will be in Maryland for AGDQ 2019. I am not running or commentating; just going there to hang out with my friends from the ALTTPR community. Although all of my videos will be ready for that entire time period, if anything does go wrong on the backend of things, I will be unable to fix those issues until I am back on the week of the 14th. I will also not be streaming during this time either, for obvious reasons.
