Cinderace 7* raids moves
High Jump Kick
Pyro Ball
Acrobatics
Iron Head
Bulk Up (often does this back to back during or after shield)

Min-max testing with slowbro one-shot nuke (my personal favorite counter)
At least -2 spdef cinderace (e.g. Armarouge using Acid Spray, additionally can use Reflect)
+6 spatt using Nasty Plot with 1 Helping Hand
Moveset: Nasty plot, stored power, iron defence (only necessary if no Reflect set up and if Cinderace gets too many Bulk Up), slack off (situational, a successful nuke doesnt require this)

Very important to nuke to avoid the excessive Bulk Up Cinderace will use. If he does, then spam some Iron Defence.
