Slowest Possible PARRY in DarkSouls2?

Errr.. the question mark is the title since I really don't know if this is the slowest parry by natural methods. I'm 99% certain that all the ULTRA weapons with this animation parry at the same speed, and failing to meet stats does have a 'slowness-cap' I've noticed, no matter the weapon it went as slow.
So parries eh? It would seem you get the same amount of parry frames if you fail to meet the item's requirements or lack the stamina compared to a standard parry. I'd say give it a go! Also say goodbye to your durability... you'll see what I mean...
Major props to anyone who can pull a slow no-stam no-stats parry on peeps online. Spent maybe 2 hours trying and only pulled off one but I still had stamina remaining...it was half ruined... woe am I.
