Thanks to the incredible (and still ongoing) modding developments of modders zami and TheOnlyZac, I was able to make this mod which makes every single guard that spawns always have a shiny pocket that always has that episode's best loot, even the rooftop guards which can't normally hold Gold/Large loot!

For anyone wondering if this is possible in Sly 3, that's the goal, but Sly 3's loot function is still being reverse-engineered. Apparently it's a lot more complex because loot tables and odds seem to change based on character, something not known before.
