So, we continue trying to build up some distrust between Neyla and the Contessa by trying to place a voice-changing device onto Neyla's speakers. That way, we can pretend to be her and give fake orders to her troops. Still a little surprised that Interpol has the money and authority to build up a mercenary army that can be just given to a detective. Regardless, they are a problem for us since they just drive tanks all around the place. I'm fairly sure we won't be able to get rid of them completely (even after a mission where you might think we do) but, having them in our pocket, puts us in a rather comfortable position.
