So, our time with this DLC has come to a close as we finally catch up to that thing they have shown us several times during our little adventure. I'm not really sure if we will ever see the Harvesters again (or whether or not they will ever explain what they are and what happen to that giant horde at the end) but, it would be really interesting if they ever make another appearance. I don't remember seeing or hearing about them in the main campaign either so, we shall see. Regardless of that, I should give my final thoughts on this. So, overall this piece was not my favorite; mostly due to the types of enemies that we encountered. Golems and Revenants are rather hard to fight and, in huge clumps of four or more, they become really annoying. I'm not a huge fan of having several boulders been thrown at my face. I did like the altering dimensions and their interactions with each other. The ending, while cool to see the giant horde of other harvesters, didn't really feel like an ending. I didn't really feel like we got a lot of closure on the whole ordeal even though it looked cool to see that massive swarm; It sort of felt like the end of a slasher film, you know the killer isn't really dead and that they make more, but you have to wait and see the next one to find out what happens next. The problem I have with it, is that this is DLC and I'm not sure if we will ever see this again which makes me feel like it was all for not, sort of what Witch Hunt was like. Even thought they added some really cool new mechanics like the Golem, who you could upgrade by looting things, or the several realms that you could manipulate with, I didn't really feel like everything was over yet. Not sure if I wanted more or wanted things explained better since, as we have seen, these harvesters kill people and then use their bodies for things. Then, with them being released like that, you would expect them to be terrorizing some place and destroying towns but, it just ends. Would have like better closure for sure (and a better explanation of what those things are) but, I'm find with the overall DLC. Not Horrible, but not the best; I guess that is my final thought.
