Tool-Assisted. In SM64, this star is currently only doable with 1 A press (using the flyguy). Similar to how Mario and Luigi teamed up, this video came from the mind of pannenkoek2012 while I handled the TASing (throwback! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_5TZsjzDzk8).
